In addition, you do not need anymore space than the size of your office. So, on those busy days when you don’t have quite enough time to go to the gym or set up a full home workout routine, jump on this Total Body Pyramid Workout Routine that you can do at work to get in your resistance training and cardio workout routine for the day. I have designed this workout so you don’t even need to change clothes if you don’t want to! Further, I have only included 3 exercises that you should perform, so you should be done in less than 15 minutes or so.

Basically, you will perform 10 of one exercise, and then move onto the next. Then, you will do 9 of each… 8 of each, etc…. Once you finish 1 of each, finish your last set of 11 of each. Then you are done!
