For me, few fitness things are better than a bodyweight only workout that I can just get on the floor at night or in the morning and do. It really removes the barrier of going to a gym, or setting up weights. Just get down, do the workout and move on with life!

My kinda set up.

This workout is unique in that it only involves push ups, but with different variations from the classic push up position. The workout is fun, but I have to admit that some of the positions are challenging. Do what you can. This push ups workout is really effective in building upper body strength. Do it a few times over the next few weeks to gain some serious strength.

Perform 3 sets of 10-15 of each push up exercise. Move slow going down and fast back up into the starting position.
