Sometimes it is nice to have a challenge, but to also keep things simple at the same time.

I have to thank a few good friends of mine for an excellent workout idea. We all have difficulty staying consistent with a set workout routine, and sometimes a little challenge and a little competition can go a long way.

My friends came up with an idea to perform at least 30 push ups a day for 30 days. Do the math, and by the end of the month, 900 push ups would have been performed!

For the more advanced, the challenge will be to do as many push ups as you can non-stop, each day for 30 days. Each day, you will post here on this page, on Facebook or write down how many push ups you perform without stopping. It will be a fun experiment to note how much stronger your upper body will become with a few minutes of consistency each day!
