The hardest part about exercise is just getting started! I think that most of us have the “grit” to get through a reasonable workout once we have started. The problem is simply just getting started.
Starting a workout is particularly harder when it’s early, when it’s late and when it is cold! It takes a lot to get from underneath a blanket an onto a workout bench of floor, but this workout is designed to help you to get started, so you can then get into your real deal workout for the day!
To make this “workout to make you workout” most effective, I’m going to assume that you are in bed or on a couch — laying or sitting down somewhere.
