Hotel Workout Routine

Instructions

Perform as many reps as you can for each exercise for 2 minutes. Just do one round if you want a 10 minute workout. Repeat the circuit if you want a 20 minute workout.

A great exercise to warm up most of the muscles in your body.

Muscles Worked: Quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings, calves.

A classic, super-effective upper body exercise.

Muscles Worked: Pectorals, triceps, biceps, shoulders.

Tighten up those abs!

Muscles Worked: Abdominal muscles, back muscles.

Use your chair or bed.

Muscles Worked: Triceps.

Alternate legs. Feel the burn…

Muscles Worked: Glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, core muscles.

Repeat for a full 20 minute workout!.
