I present to you a reasonable, practical pre-wedding workout routine that will help you make sure you fit into your dress. The one month pre-wedding workout plan is efficient and will help you get the body you always dreamed of having on your big day. Each pre-wedding workout routine will be extremely efficient and target the areas that are most important to a new bride!

A few other tips:

  • Eat all of your meals on a saucer-sized plate to reduce your portion size;
  • Drink only water, unsweetened tea or coffee (with little cream and sugar);
  • Do not snack on anything that is more than 100 calories and do not eat a meal larger than 400 calories. To help, eat of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, fish, beans, brown rice, brown pasta and low-fat dairy.
  • Avoid panic fad diets, AKA lemon and honey fast diet, cayenne pepper water, etc.
  • Perform at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise per day. The more the better for weight loss.

Week Two

Step up the pace of your wedding workout routine this week with more challenging, but efficient workouts!
