HIIT Heavy Bag and Jump Rope Workout Routine

15:30 Intervals

Exercise at your maximum efforts for 15 seconds, and then rest for 30 seconds. 

  1. Jump rope as fast as you can for 15 seconds, and then rest for 30 seconds. Perform for a total of 10 minutes
  2. Throw as many punches at your heavy bag as fast as you can for 15 seconds, and then rest for 30 seconds. Perform for 10 minutes. Do not try to hit your bag hard, instead focus on speed.
