Combine an heavy bag and jump rope 20-minute interval workout routine and what do you get???
An amazingly strong, lean, beautiful body…
Why? Not only because this is an Exercise Menu workout, but also because this workout is based on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) theories. HIIT has been shown to be far superior than moderate-intensity exercise in burning fat and improving your aerobic endurance. Combine HIIT with a jump rope and a heavy bag and you have a serious workout routine that will get you ripped and toned.
This is mere fact. Period…
You will also love this workout. It is quite fast-paced and you will need to push yourself 100%, but you will feel great after and soon see the visual benefits of this HIIT boxing-style workout routine. Plus you get to workout some of the day’s stress…
