Beautiful Body Workout
Have you ever been through an automatic car wash after spending weeks without washing your vehicle? You know how it works. There is the pre-wash when loose dirt is easily removed. Then, soap is sprayed and sits on the exterior of your car as it breaks up stubborn dirt, and finally, the high-powered jets spray hot water on your car from top to bottom. You drive forward and the fans dry your car and before you know it, you are done! Afterwards, you step out of your car, admire it, and are glad that you finally got it looking beautiful again… Let’s do the same for your body with a beautiful body workout!
With the Beautiful Body Workout Routine, learn how to workout your total body to “rinse off your lazy ways” and warm up your muscles. Next, you will do a set of exercises that will “knock the rust” off major muscles in your body, followed by sets to “powerwash” blood through your vessels to clear waste, toxins and plaques from your system. Finally, the Beautiful Body Workout Routine will let you cool down and “dry off” with a few postural exercises to keep you fresh until your next cleaning.
