Beautiful Body Workout

Have you ever been through an automatic car wash after spending weeks without washing your vehicle? You know how it works. There is the pre-wash when loose dirt is easily removed. Then, soap is sprayed and sits on the exterior of your car as it breaks up stubborn dirt, and finally, the high-powered jets spray hot water on your car from top to bottom. You drive forward and the fans dry your car and before you know it, you are done! With the Beautiful Body Workout Routine, learn how to workout your total body to “rinse off your lazy ways” and warm up your muscles. Next, you will do a set of exercises that will “knock the rust” off major muscles in your body, followed by sets to “powerwash” blood through your vessels to clear waste, toxins and plaques from your system. Finally, the Beautiful Body Workout Routine will let you cool down and “dry off” with a few postural exercises to keep you fresh until your next cleaning.

The more challenging set of exercises that digs deep into your muscles to wear them out so they will grow and become stronger. Do 3 sets of 10-12 reps!

Beautiful Body Workout: Powerwash

A faster paced pair of exercises to get your heart rate up and your blood pumping. If you didn’t know- workouts like this cause your HDL, or “good cholesterol” to increase, which does help to break up or “powerwash” plaques out of your blood vessels. Do 50 to 100 reps of each! Rest for as little time as necessary.
