Good abs are hard to find! For the most part, we can attribute this to the overweight/obesity epidemic that is plaguing America and other countries today. According to the Centers for Disease Control, at least 33% of Americans are obese (BMI>30) and another 33% are overweight (BMI>25). In other words, 2 out of 3 Americans are above their ideal weight for optimal health. And it makes sense that if you are overweight, obese or have excessive body fat that you will not be able to see and appreciate your abs! Not only is is about just seeing your abs, but we neglect how amazing this muscle group is. Your abs are aligned vertically, horizontally and in an oblique patter to help you move in different directions. In addition, the design of your abs also help you stabilize your back and upper body. I make a call today for us to collectively appreciate this amazing muscle group by losing weight and performing the Amazing Abs Challenge Workout Routine!

How to lose weight? It’s simple! You have to change what you are putting in your mouth.

Drink nothing but water, natural unsweetened tea and coffee with just a touch of sugar or cream. For most meals, eat 1/2 a plate of fruits and vegetables, 1/4 a plate of complex carbohydrates and 1/4 plate of  a lean meat. Instead of a full-size plate, use a saucer-sized plate. Snack on nuts, fruits or other foods that are less than 100 calories per serving. Use the iPhone/Android app Lift to create a habit.

While you master your dietary plans, building the size of your ab muscles with the Amazing Abs Challenge Workout Routine will give you the toned core that you desire and deserve.

You can do this! Your body wants you to. Make healthy choices each day and challenge yourself physically each day. Your body is your “human animal” to take care of. Spoil it!
