Recharge and ignite! Recharge and ignite! You got your recharge over the weekend, now it is time to blow up your workout routine! Beginning your week with a 20-minute circuit workout routine is perfect, because you can do it at your own pace, and make it as challenging as you want. Personally, Monday workouts are the best because you generally go into to the workout routine with the most energy. Even better, because exercise improves your energy levels, your rest of the week will fly by before you know it! So, now that you are recharged, take the opportunity to reignite your cells, muscles and brain with a good bout of exercise.
Perform each exercise for 90 seconds. Finish all of the exercises, take a one-minute break, and then repeat.
If you are using a heavy weight to build muscle, move at a slower pace. If you are using a lighter weight, you may go at a faster pace to build endurance.
